Lisa Griffiths and Kat Cowdray travelled to County Durham for the National Cross-Country Championships held at Hardwick Park, Sedgefield. The weather on the day was mild and the course, although full of clods of earth, contained little mud. Lisa completed the 5.2 mile course in 42:55 and Kat in 45:07.
