Paul Griffiths and Tony Barbat travelled to County Durham for the National Cross-Country Championships held at Hardwick Park, Sedgefield. The weather on the day was mild and the course, although full of clods of earth, contained little mud. Paul completed the 7.75 mile course in 58:53 and Tony in 01:02:59.
