Nearly 1,400 runners contested the Cheshire 10k at Arley Hall near Warrington. The fast and flat course helped Joe Boden set an excellent personal best of 33:45 which gave him 22nd place. First lady home for the club was Sallie Holt in 40:33 and 12th lady. Claire Marsden knocked an impressive 6 minutes off her lifetime best returning in 54:46.
