The final race of the Tour of Merseyside was the Wirral Coastal Run that started in New Brighton at the end of King's Parade and headed toward Hoylake before turning round to head for home for the final time. Neil Toner showed good stamina to finish in an impressive 01:22 for 11th place. Becky Blacklock was third lady in 01:32.
