Olly Chadwick and Luke Watson competed at the Birchwood 10k. Olly finished in 33:32 for sixth place and Luke in 40:06. Olly said "Loved that!! No taper and no expectation just wanted to go out and race in a good quality field, raced in a large group feeling strong all the way and managed to open a big enough gap in the final 1km to secure a top 6 finish."
