The Jubilee Bridge 10k started and finished on the Silver Jubilee Bridge. This Grade II listed bridge runs between Widnes and Runcorn and goes over the River Mersey and Manchester Ship Canal. Jay Walker made a long awaited return from injury and returned in 40:17 for 44th place.
