Jan McArd travelled to the USA for the Chicago Marathon and completed her fifth major. Jan finished in 4:19 a great effort. After the race Jan said "#turftoe didn't beat me! After not being able to run for the first 4 months of the year then going straight into marathon training, this major was tough. I took in the sights, hi-fived, had two loo stops and two husband stops oh and I walked!! Got it done!"
