The Christmas Handicap took place on a pleasant day and 44 runners completed the 2.6 mile course. First runner to return and take the junior title was Eric Cowdray, a great performance. Dave Williams took the men's shield with his fourth place finish. Bella Cuthbert ran well for seventh place and the ladies' shield. Vicky McConnell was our fastest lady returning in 17:57 and fastest male was Jack Poland in a swift 13:47.
